Child and Youth Specialists

A Child/Youth Specialist (or One-to-One Staff) will closely work with the family to provide a therapeutic, safe and secure environment for our children/youth. These individuals are a key component of the treatment plan and assist both the children/youth and family to carry out treatment goals. FCSS has a large network of workers available to provide services based on the unique needs of the youth. Professionals represent many different areas of expertise based on the needs of each child:
